How are visitor accesses billed?

Visitor accesses are billed based on usage, on a monthly basis. Each visitor created who has completed at least one entry during the month counts as one unit, regardless of the number of entries made. However, if no entry is recorded during the month, no fees are charged.

Do visitor accesses have a limited duration?

Yes, you freely define the validity date and time of each access to maintain precise control over entries.

If the same person visits multiple times, do they receive a new QR code for each visit?

No, it is possible to reuse the same QR code, even for multiple appointments. You can simply update the dates and times. The QR code can be resent if needed.

Can I regenerate a QR code?

Yes, you can regenerate it at any time. The previous one will no longer be valid.

Can an access that has been sent be canceled?
