All data is stored 100% in France with a hosting provider fully subject to French law. Load It Up is GDPR compliant and not subject to the Cloud Act. Your data, as well as that of your users and partners, remains under European jurisdiction and is never transferred outside France.
Currently, the platform is available in French, English, and Dutch. Additional languages may be added in the future based on your needs and user feedback.
Yes, absolutely. Our platform primarily evolves according to our users’ needs: all requests are reviewed and we do our best to implement them quickly. We also offer a <em>sponsored feature</em> option: if you want a feature to be developed as a priority, you can cover part of the development cost through a separate quote. You can then use this feature free of charge for one year before it is integrated into our standard pricing model.
Yes. You can reuse information from one event to another through the integrated contact book, while ensuring sensitive data remains confidential. This makes it easy to create accreditations and track recurring participants.
Absolutely. Productions can add, edit, or delete their data at any time. However, in certain cases, some actions may be temporarily restricted for security and data consistency reasons, only when strictly necessary.
Yes. Depending on your settings, data can be kept for up to one year and then automatically deleted to comply with your internal rules and privacy requirements.
